Can 1617 make a bad Fragrance Oil?

In my opinion, they still have not. Of the 3 great oils, I fell in love with The Malevolent Mrs. Heather Heatherleaf and my Fiance loves it too. 1617 doesn't have hundreds to choose from like other suppliers and I'm sure you don't love them all. As of right now, 1617 is batting a thousand.
