The pros: The colors are gorgeous and very true to the online photos. The customer service was excellent when I reported the issue I'm about to talk about. The con worth noting: The colored exterior is a very thin paint layer that can chip if you're not careful. Specifically, I apply clear labels but sometimes apply then remove them if a fuzzy or a wrinkle gets in, so that I can apply a fresh label. Normally not a problem. When I peeled off the label immediately after applying it to these jars, the paint came off in a big strip. Some of the jars I received also had small paint chips along the top or bottom. I don't think the paint-chip issue matters if you don't remove or reposition your labels. But just a warning for anyone who does.
I really love the texture, color and weight of the jars. It’s not too heavy nor too light, it’s the perfect weight of a candle jar that I’m looking for.
