Order Processing
Typical order processing can take between 1-3 business days, although we try our best to ship same-day, Monday through Friday. We ship through FedEx and USPS.
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will only accept order cancellations after 30 minutes if the shipment has not left the warehouse. Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel the order.
If requesting a refund or cancellation of a Local Pick Up order after 30 minutes of placing the order, you are subject to a restocking fee of $50 USD.
Please note that once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package.
Delivery Methods
U.S.A.: For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, the following FedEx shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4-6 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Please select the option that is best for you at checkout.

Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. If you do not see shipping options for your location at checkout, please email us and we will add shipping to your country.
Please note that any duties, fees, taxes, etc., levied by the importing country are the responsibility of the buyer, (you), not the seller, (Sixteen Seventeen).
Return Policy + Price Adjustments
Returns
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all of our in-stock products excluding Fragrance Oils, discontinued and Final Sale items. We encourage you to purchase samples of any fragrance oils prior to making larger orders. All returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused, and sellable condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to 16/17. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on products that we no longer sell.
If an item you have purchased goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, you may contact us and request a price adjustment. You must request the price adjustment within 10 days of purchase.
What Is Route?
Route package protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout. Route protection will cover the full replacement value of any item(s) that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you remove Route protection from your cart, lost and damaged items cannot be replaced or refunded.
